UK returns must be received by Blue Star Treats within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns procedure

To return your goods, please email us at info@bluestartreats.com to advise us and to receive a returns reference number.

Any refund that you are entitled to will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

Return of faulty goods If you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty; please email us at info@bluestartreats.com describing the problem so that we may seek a suitable resolution.

Returning gifts If you’ve received a product as a gift from someone else, you can still return it as per the above guidelines. Any refund will be made to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card – and will not be made to the gift recipient
